So, I figured I would update you on my fitness "progress" from last week. Basically, there wasn't any progress... Which I'm embarrassed to admit. For some reason, I felt really unmotivated to prepare my meals (I did for one day - does that count!?) and exercise. BUT that does not mean that this week will be the same! I am going to do this thing and cancel out that little voice in my head telling me I can't. It's all about taking the jump, and I feel like I have definitely done that by announcing my plan to the whole world. Now it's just a matter of catching myself, or falling. I am hoping that my "parachute" will open this week so it can be smooth sailing from here on out.
